the best IM client

bittorrent client. For now this is the best on the Mac platform.
And for uTorrent for Mac is on the way!

4. AppDelete (donation)
programs uninstaller, clean and no more hassles.

5. Fugu
really nice (S)FTP client, powered with SSH!

6. GimmeSomeTune
plug-in for iTunes to automatically downloads lyrics (and album art)

7. Handbrake & MacTheRipper
ripping DVD

16. Quicksilver
the fastest file indexing program. Now you can run Apps or documents by typing 4 letters or less. You can get more info (and many other cool Apps) on their Blacktree site.

17. Little Snitch (commercial)
blocking un-aware connections from your Mac Apps to the net.

18. MultiClutch
enabling multi-touch trackpad (latest MacBook Pro) on unsupported cocoa made Apps. This is useful if you want to assign “Three finger swipe left” Back navigation shortcut on Firefox.

19. NuFile
create new file on finder by right click and choose new file
